I need help posting photographs.

It appears the only way to post photographs is to refer to a webpage address.

Can someone give me some pointers on how to post photographs taken with a digital camera that are stored in my computer?

You may have to save the ones you want to post to a "free" web hosting site like:

http://imageshack.us/ or Photo Bucket

Then follow the directions for this forum.

Job:

You can upload them from your hard-drive without hosting, on the "Go Advanced" option, go down to "Manage Attachments" and search your hard-drive for the images you want to post. It helps to put those images in a separate folder in your hard-drive so you always have them together for posting.

I don't think you can upload them from your camera unless your computer has a slot for your memory card. ou could upload them that way. Or as FMB said.

Problem I'm experiencing is having to resize the picture down to upload, then the picture gets too small for details.

Try different resolutions to see what the highest the site will take

Thanks CA! I didn't know about the "manage attachments" option. I was using Photobucket until our IT department recently upgrade our blocking software and now it's blocked.
