i told you not to park there

There was a news story around here a dozen years ago, where a person was taking pictures of illegally parked cars using a disposable camera.

Picture taker waited for the driver to return to the car, then offered to sell them the camera....or turn it into the police.

Clever.

Extortion, but clever.

The spots where not "stolen". They where used by un-authorized people.

Yes it is not right or legal to park in a handicap spot without a placard then again it is not legal to do a lot of things

That "prank" could have gotten someone seriously hurt.
