It appears that Amazon wants to pick up where the Sears catalog home kits left off almost 100 years ago. I had no idea that Amazon had branched into selling house kits. There's no mention that I could find regarding code compliance.

Of course ICC is jumping on the manufactured/ modular/ offsite thing....These companies will get crap products approved, they will not be subject to field inspection and everyone will wonder why everything costs so much to build and maintain in another 3 decades.....It's a round world....Well....More like a spiral....
