Existing high rise building under renovations , with two fire elevator, the existing design and construction d does not allow for two Fire lifts of 1600Kg (required by SBC). However, they can do 1x1600kg fire lift and a 1x1350kg fire lift. as this is an existing building and has approval. Your insights are highly appreciated.
