north star, It is the ICC A117.1-09. No ANSI. Check the standards in the back of the 2012 IBC. You will not find it under ANSI. You will find it under ICC.

At the link provided it is listed as ICC/ANSI. I believe that if you look at the other listed reference standards you will find that a number of them are also ANSI standards.
