IGCC and single family detached housing

I haven't seen a copy of the code, just the public version. It refers to commercial buildings, high rise residential and low rise residential but I can't find a specific reference to single family detached. Is it intended that it will apply to SFD if the local jurisdiction chooses to?

No unless you use the IBC to build SFR's with like Ca did
