Outrage: Illegal Alien Felon Makes 'Living' Filing Hundreds of Frivolous Lawsuits (under ADA).

 
The purpose of ADA is not to make complaintants rich.. it's to force compliance. Take civil relief out of it, and Mr. Garcia goes back to wherever he was originally from. I am sensitive to the needs of the disabled (even those who are disabled because they fall out of an avacodo tree while intoxicated).. but to sue everyone under the sun (particularly if there is no evidence they ever visited the business), is an abuse of the laws put in place.
