In need of training material

I am tasked with developing a traing seminar for our first time adopted statewide Property Maint Code.

In RI we use a Heavily modified version of the 2009 IPMC (mostly legal and Admin)

If some could direct me to any available Power Point type materials relative to the maintainance code

I would rather not reinvent the wheel

I'll see what I have. Problem is that the P.M. code can change a lot from state to state and even from county to county depending on what you have adopted.
