More importantly, look closely at placement of exit signs, aisles, travel distance, and common path of egress travel. Provide the fire department with a floor/fixture plan, so that they can compare it to what they see when they do annuals. It will be different.
 
Last one that wanted to come in had eating/kitchen, some day care for the kids, and stage among all the other things. Never got beyond the BS stage.

Seems the "developer" signed up a lot of people for spaces, bullied the city for fast action by getting the local council/contractor involved and then skipped town. Figure he made more in 3 months than I made all year.

Just be wary if he starts to tell his clients plans are with the city and there is any. Don't know how many calls we got from space purchasers about when it was to open or why we were holding it up.
