The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) is providing you with Information Bulletin 24-03. This information bulletin is to advise the regulated community and provide clarity relative to amendments in the 2022 California Plumbing Code (Part 5, Title 24, California Code of Regulations) occupant load factor and calculation of plumbing fixture counts in specified buildings.
