Inspection Procedure for Vertical Rebar in Foundations

Concrete is typically too stiff to be used as grout. The National Concrete Masonry Association's (NCMA) TEK 3-2A Grouting Concrete Masonry Walls and TEK 9-4A Grout for Concrete Masonry are good references. The NCMA publishes TEK manuals that provide a plethora of useful information on masonry. Are they using concrete or grout? if concrete no way to fill the entire cell with fins proturding and the horizontail rebar, aggregate to large, where grout will use 3/8 rock. Should always be grout ideally with a 8' slump

8' slump? You guys pour some stiff concrete in the bay area!
