Instantaneous Email Notification not working?

My daily email notifications are not working anymore. When I logged into the forum today, I saw two notifications - a new private message and an update to one of Ice's threads.

I have the email notification set to "on", not daily or weekly.

I have all the boxes under General selected except the one about confirming a subscribe request.

I have the box checked to get notifications for private messages.

If it matters, I am using Chrome as my browser.

Do I not have something set up correctly?
