Insulation required

The plumbers did not want to over notch or over bore the corner studs and spend the extra money of the pipe protection
 
That they felt it necessary to mark the GWB seam with the word "TAPE" and arrows going each way should be a clue that workmanship might be lacking on this job...

Actually, I think it says "NO TAPE" (what i see is "O TAPE -->") which is a clue that price is definitely a consideration on this job!
 
It's all about cost on this one it's a Hiline Home.

You are right TimNY it said NO TAPE because it's an outside garage wall.

Lately I've been seeing the plumbers bring the kitchen water and drain lines up in the cabinet space. I guess they gave up on hitting the walls.
