Internet Explorer Message Bar...Blocked site from dl files

I receive a IE message at the that IE has blocked this site from downloading files to my computer.

What is this file that this site is trying to download? Everything seems to work correctly but every time I go to a different page the message pops up. Does this have something to do with the new updates? Google? Donate button or what?????

It happens when I am logged in on this site too??

Anybody know what's going on? I don't want to allow files to be downloaded if I don't need to. This is a city computer...............

Got the same thing and after "x"ing it out for a while it stopped or I left and logged back in and it stopped.

Have no clue. This is not happening to me and I log on and off several times a day and log in on my other user names to test the site.

Must be an IE thing today with the weather or we both right clicked and screwed the same thing up???? Mine is fine now or I downloaded something that will come back to haunt me

I've not had any issues, but I stay logged in. Although I did log out the other day to see the changes at the bottom of the screen, couldn't see any difference. But, had not trouble logging back in.

Every time I change screens....open different thread, what's new, etc it pops up. I just X out each time. Probably a IE thing. Might be something to do with the city's virus protection thingy too! oh....I stay logged in too!

Internet Exporer is protecting your computer files. If you don't want it to do that hit the "Click here for options"
