Intro to myself, long time lurker here
Many posts from your community have been helpful over the years so I figured I should join and perhaps I have something to share as my work experience straddles a few different disciplines. I am a self-employed CA licensed architect with a contractor license and 15+ years of construction management work for 2 design build firms as a construction manager and site supervisor. I have been working in southern CA since finishing my masters in architecture here in 2000. For the last few years, I am phasing out of construction management and solely and relying on architecture projects.
I am grateful for all here willing to share their knowledge and experience.
