Anybody have an IPMC class handout or outline they can share? We are looking at statewide adoption and want to have a class covering the basics of what is in it and discussion of what we need to change to suit our needs....Thanks!

You'll have to add a few things like maximum allowable height of 'weeds' (includes lawn grass, NYS chose 10"), a heating season (NYS uses Sept 15 to May 15), little things like that. For quite a while there was a limit for inoperable motor vehicles where 2 or more constituted a violation, but in 2015 reduced it to zero allowed. It's only about 15 or 18 pages of text. Starts with exterior premises and moves into and through the building. It is all about 'use and maintenance' of premises, buildings, structures, and equipment.

Also in 2015 they expanded the sections on 'unsafe' buildings and provide more detailed requirements for making a determination.
