Is a Juvenile Hall a "school"?

I'm working on replacing a gas boiler burner in so Cal, which requires filling out forms with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD).

AQMD wants to know:

I assume this is for purposes of some type of exhaust mitigation system.

There are no traditional schools nearby, but the 1,320 ft. radius might just barely touch the corner of property of a Juvenile Hall, at their loading dock area.
I assume that when minors are incarcerated, they must continue their education. Does this typically occur in the juvenile hall itself, and if so, do Juvenile Halls count as a type of "school"?

Alternatively, is there some state website that shows the locations/addresses of K-12 schools?

Totally irrelevant comment, but when I read this at first, my uncaffienated brain saw "incinerated."

In California, 47 juvenile halls operated by 43 counties. Juvenile halls house more than 6,400 juvenile offenders.
A Portion of each facility has classrooms but I would not classify the entire facility a school.
It maybe a mixed use building or a separate building....
