That's sweet! I can't believe the tamper seal is still intact. I'd be putting it on a shelf in my office.
Out of Hydro Test& cannot HT as the company is out of business.
No red horn? (Randolph is the only company that used a short red horn)
Does the valve have a bushing between the valve and the tank? I cannot tell from the picture)
But I have some old junk like that in my garage. Kind of cool to see the old stuff.
