It figures

Funny, but not funny.

I remember reading reports several years ago about a school in California where it was discovered that the sprinkler heads were just glued to the ceiling tiles -- no piping. Unfortunately, such things do happen in the real world. We just hope they don't happen to us, or in our jurisdictions.
