Just a few Q.

FJ's within 18" of the soil, are they treated lumber? Is this project in a seismic zone? Will there be any cross ventilation under the floor?

Maybe they should get a permit!

A few more questions -

Who dug the footings? Any rebar in footings? Any pier pads present? Anybody ever use a level or a transit?

Jeezy peezy, what a wonderful job. I just love (sic) the water heater installation.

A brother of mine installed a water heater under his shack with no underpinning, as it would not fit in the building. No problem, except when it got cold he had to turn it off and drain it.
