No electrician on site for inspection, several other issues then I see this. They used a piece of the old panel to patch where they screwed up twice. At this point I want a new housing installed.

The patch metal is not bonded. The raceway looks to be a tad too full. They have a Greenlee.....Shirley they'll understand.
