I went on a 350 mile round trip on Saturday with my KZ1300. I'll be carrying the KZ Rider flag from Bend, Oregon to Carson, Washington,

about 165 miles each way. The flag has made it's way through most of the Eastern United States and across the midwest through Montana and Idaho and now to Oregon. I'll be handing it off to a guy known as Motorhead who will take it to Seattle. After that we're hoping that it can make a quick trip into Western Canada then back down the West coast before the cold weather arrives. You can keep up with it's progress on KZRider.com.

Saturday afternoon, My riding mates are probably in Seattle by now. I left them in Carson, WA four hours ago. Their plan was to continue north along the Wind River. I just got back from 354 great miles. My 1300 got 39.97 MPG and purred the whole way. I took some video coming back over Mt. Hood.

Remember to ride toward the Light.

Hope you like it.

Nice ride. When I was in High School we put many miles on our bikes riding to Hood River, Parkdale and back to The Dalles.

Watching your ride, put me that much closer to getting another bike. 2002 SE Road King I am going to make an offer on the bike on Wednesday.
