Ledger bolt pattern for interior wall

I can’t seem to find bolt pattern for a ledger board to cement wall. I see decks but this isn’t a deck. 4’ ICF wall, ledger, joists to columns in the ground supporting the exterior wall and wall supports the roof. Here’s a drawling. I figure the bolt pattern for deck ledger to rim board is less strong then the interior wall ledger board but I don’t see any guidance on it.

Nevermind. I found it in the ICF BuildBlock’s manual. Talks about ledgers in there. 12” OC. That’s allot of bolts. No specified pattern though.
