I was just reminded of this and this was my personal favorite and in my dorm room back in 78-81:

Anybody that makes me laugh deserves a thanks.

Last night, my wife told me that she put air in her tires at the AM/PM. I asked her how much air she put in the tires and she said $2.00 worth.

The scary thing is, I read the title of the thread and pictured that cover....

Brudgers,

Not scary at all. Somehow I knew when entering this I knew that you would enjoy it ;)

I didn't think it was all that funny at the time.

A classic. I also like the scene from Blazing Saddles where Cleavon Little first shows up as the new Sheriff Bart of Rock Ridge. It was on the tube the other night. We all need a laugh now and then.

CD,

If you still can't see the cover just do a browser search (when you can) for National Lampoon and when there search covers in 1973 and you'll find it. The dog's eyes are the selling point for the entire ad.

Blazing Saddles to this day cracks me up and I have to watch it every time I see it on the TV guide. Think I should have taped it by now :)
