The usual solution is ABS pipe and fittings. Given the cost of the Limbo System compared to ABS pipe I doubt it will be used often. It is a plumbing vent that works.

I need input on the slightly-flattened ABS "Limbo pipe" for use under PV (solar) arrays for residential use. According to the company's IAPMO report, it is not part of their Solar Roof Jack testing and listing. Besides this obvious issue of not being listed does anyone accept its use for diverting a plumbing vent under a PV array? And if so, why?

If it is not listed, then no to any install. The code is clear when it states, CPC or UPC, 301.2 all shall be listed (3rd party certified) when installed into a plumbing system.
