Liner pools are built to last...well..not long.
So knowing that it is destined to be a dirt hole, the contractor does everything on the cheap.
Every time I inspect one of their pools I have to condemn the electrical. A major contributor to the problem is the AHJs. The company doesn't save the 1/4hp timers just for me. They do it everywhere and get away with it more often than not. And how about the in use receptacle covers.
