Liquified Propane Gas tank location

A new LPG 120 gal. tank located next to the side of a residential house with a phone and gable tv box 12 inches above the tank.

Could the phone and gable box be a source of ignition?

Typically not since the vapor density is heavier than air and the vapor travels low to the ground. As long as the installation meets Table 3504.2.1 of IFC should not be an issue. 12" above seems close though......IMHO

Don't have the IFGC here but there may be something in there about the service equipment in relation to ignition source distance.
