So this is what I use to set up the basic cookie cutter Plumbing Permit for inspections required. You can delete what is not necessary or add additional if needed. What basic inspections are on the permit card for your Plumbing Permits?

Underground Plumbing, Underground Gas, Underfloor Plumbing, Rough Plumbing, Pool Plumbing, Gas Test, DWV Test, Gas Meter Release, to add to your list.

Water Lateral
Sewer Lateral
Fire Sprinkler Loop/Lateral.
Roof Leader/Drain Lateral.
Under Slab Sanitary,
Under Slab Water,
Under Slab Roof Leader/Drain
Rough Roof Leader/Drain.

We don’t have separate line items for each inspection, have all of the laterals identified under laterals, roughs identified under roughs, Finals identified under Finals. I’m not certain what is better, each item broken out to specific line items or combining all underground, roughs, Finals. Reason is our office staff must pull what specific inspection is needed bfrom the contractor.
