Load Calc / Panel Schedule Combo

Seems like at a minimum it needs recomputing at 208V. If that's the only change, 23,472 VA / 208V = 113A, so the size of the feeder to the condo will need checking.

But some of the numbers need checking or possibly adjusting for the 208V supply:

For the A/C, 5000VA / 208V = 24A, and having a spread of MCA of 24A and MOCP of 60A would be unusual (I think impossible, but I'm not 100% certain).

Is the water heater actually using 208V 4500W elements (or equivalently 240V 6000W elements, as the power reduction factor for resistive loads at 208V instead of 240V is 75%)?

The Bath GFCI circuit doesn't need its own 1500VA allowance, that can be omitted.

Cheers, Wayne
