Love Culture and Listed and Labeled

It could be the culture or it could be that our inspectors look.

A retail in a mall type establishment aptly named Love Culture had a licensed electrician installing pallet loads of Recessed dual head light fixtures that the only label was the one on the shipping box that said CHINA. Love Culture is a clothing store and not one that sells expensive dishes and table wear so a furthur glance at the light fixture revealed nothing...... no label no listing so off the pallets went to some other construction site.

Then when it was time to lamp the fixtures with super nice efficent LED Luminaires opps they had the same non-labels , and yes again off to some other construction site.

Has anyone seen or not seen similar non labeld non listed product?

Yeah, virtually every generator at any big box store. (the result of the generator thread)

Then you have the counterfeit listing labels.

At a certain point I start thinking a real listed product is pretty rare.
