Would you have any issues with a lumber t-shed built of a sewer easement? Thoughts?

The way we've dealt with this situation in the past is to notify the building owner that it may need removed should the line require maintenance and it would be done at their cost. Also, that the structure cannot be replaced in the easement.

Basically, they can leave it there, but if it needs moved, they need to move it and they can't replace it.

We've had positive feedback from people on this common-sense approach.

I've even seen situations where they can even rebuild it after the line maintenance is completed as long as they realize that they have to pay for the removal and replacement of the structure again if maintenance is needed. I share part of it is based on local regulations and other local influences
