This seems to be the consensus hereThe way we've dealt with this situation in the past is to notify the building owner that it may need removed should the line require maintenance and it would be done at their cost
Let Public Works find out on their own.Public works was a bit upset when a homeowner built a pool deck over thier SS in the past, not so sure thier gonna like this.
