This enclosure is NOT bonded. The screw was not installed.

The EGC of the SE cable that feeds the main panel (4 wire of course) has about half or more of the strands cut off. In addition there are 2 wires on a lug only rated for one.

This is a Pi$% Poor Installation.

Well looks like I had everything covered. And yes, it is a bit of a mess.
