Manual Coiling Doors to Storage buildings without mandoors

Are manual coiling doors serving freestanding storage buildings at an aquatic center required to be accessible,
If so? How do we address:
1. Force to lift
2. Location and type of lifting hardware

Yes it is required to be accessible
don't have source with me but the self storage guys have all that figured out.

2. Mount a handle within reach range on the door and a tail that hangs to reach range...

It may be exempted under employee work area (in the IBC), but that would require more info....

I this is for employees only and less than 1,000 sq ft accessibility is not needed per 2012 IBC

maybe IBC but what of ADA? Yes it is employee only (mostly?) it is for a high school swim facility.
