10th Edition to be published October 11, 2024​

Announced the 10th edition of the Building Code will be
published October 11, 2024

The concurrency period voted by the BBRS is from date of publication until December 31, 2024. The BBRS at their October 8, 2024 meeting, may discuss a change to the concurrency period, give the effective date. Stay tuned.

DOL is grateful to all the years of hard work that went into creating this code, and all the input that we received. The BBRS is already starting preparations for the 11th Edition of the code!
