Maximum Door Height

2015 IBC

Is there a maximum allowable door height for swinging egress doors? I thought in earlier code years the maximum was 10 feet.
 
Not in the IBC. Height would be limited by weight, width (limited to 48 inches), and hardware, which directly affect a door's ability to comply with Section 1010.1.3 for opening force.
 
Thanks Ron. I found the 48" maximum width and I started thinking about the weight issue affecting the opening force.
