I'm also looking for a commercial mechancial plan review guide. I appreciate any suggestions, advice, etc. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

SBCCI used to have both Plan Review and Inspection check lists. I thought ICC did also but can't find them. They were code cycle specific and had the code section number on each item.
