Must roof top duct be securely fastened?

I can find requirments for adequate support in the IMC, but no reference to securing the duct work down. I'm worried about this duct work becoming airborn. 90 mph wind zone - top of a three story building. Anyone have a code refernce for me?

301.12 Wind resistance.

Mechanical equipment , appliances and supports that are exposed to wind shall be designed and installed to resist the wind pressures determined in accordance with the International Building Code . 301.15 Seismic resistance.

When earthquake loads are applicable in accordance with the International Building Code , mechanical system supports shall be designed and installed for the seismic forces in accordance with the International Building Code.
