Need to publish an article in a publication

I have been wanting to teach a class titled: “Fire-rated analysis of archaic materials and assemblies”.
It’s not a new subject - I know. But there is a local need for me to educate local inspectors how to think about interior walls in an old historic building. Interior walls that need to be fire-rated as a result in a change of occupancy.

And in order to renew my NFPA certification, I need 15 points for publishing something. So I thought that I can do two things at the same time. Educate and publish.

Where do you suggest I publish my own commentary “Fire-rated analysis of arcaic materials and assemblies”?

Possibly BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association International): https://www.boma.org/BOMA/Research-Resources/Industry_Resources/Case_Studies_and_White_Papers.aspx

They used to publish a magazine called BOMA Skylines. I don't know if they still offer that, but perhaps your topic could be issued as one of their white papers.
