Not where I really want to be
Here is the latest and greatest.

* There still appears to be a problem with attachments being converted to the new forum. Not all attachments, but many, mostly the newer ones since the conversion to vbulletin 5. Many of the pictures work just fine, some are missing and some that have links send you to the wrong picture. The IT company has hired a conversion specialist that has been looking into this issue. In a worst case scenario, some of the old links and photos either won't be there or may link to the wrong photo but I'd rather have new content moving forward because we have to.

* I continue to have a problem between Paypal and vBulletin and I am confident it still remains a vBulletin problem. This will be resolved when we swap to Xenforo and I already set up the categories. Unfortunately I have to manually input every single Sawhorse, Supporter and Corporate Supporter subscription AFTER we make the move to the new forum.

* The cost has easily exceeded the estimate with all of the problems. The design and layout is pretty solid.

* We therefore have no official swap date for the new forum until we get the attachment issue straightened out from old posts or just move ahead if we find out it is not possible to fix.

* When you move to the new forum, you will have to reset your password and when we make the new swap, those of you that already did that will probably have to do it again. The system works perfectly fine, the only issue is the attachment problem from the old forum.

* We all hate having to clear our caches but many of you INCLUDING ME may have to do it again as the data and links propagate to the new location.

* A reminder that all posts in the new forum while we are testing are temporary and will be removed because the most current data from the old forum will push it out when we do the swap.

I thank you for your patience. Changes coming soon.

Jeff
