I'm here for the same reason as most, I suspect: sheer frustration!

I've always been interested in building something for myself, but have always been put off but mindless bureaucracy.
 
Two things:

A home workshop/storage/garage building. And an aircraft hangar at the local airport. I tinker with airplane design and restoration. I'd like a well insulated workshop at home and a cost effective hangar design for the airport. Currently I am leaning towards a lightweight steel framed shop building with thick EPS insulation, ribbed steel sheeting outer. Still kicking around hangar ides. I am not a fan of conventional stick-built structures.
