My name is Bob. I am a retired electrical contractor. I am curious what can be done about code violations the city refuses to acknowledge. That is a tough one, eh?

Thank you. Yes I Just posted a concrete wall question under residential codes for starters. I also have a propane pooling issue I will post tomorrow. I just found this forum. It looks like a great place to get ideas.

Welcome, I posted on the wall question.

Is there a Building Inspection Department in your area?

In your other post, you made it sound like not.

Or, are they just non-responsive?

Yes, 32 tons of concrete 8 inches wide and 6 feet tall setting on top the ground. Doesn't even meet wind load standards!

Thanks for the welcome ;-)
