NM (Romex) to CMU Attachment

Looks good to me. Where cable ties are used, per NEC 334.30 they need to be "listed and identified for securement and support". I would say the folded over pieces of cable sheath are permitted by 334.30 as "straps".

I would thank all that extra coiled circuit wire needs to be calculated in your box fill if over 12-inches?
