The inspection was for track and ledger for an enclosed patio cover. The el. service drop to the bootlegged panel will be about two feet above the aluminum skinned roof.

Tiger,How do you catch these people are you in a copter?
A contractor took out a permit to build an enclosed patio cover. Right away I could tell that the panel was not permitted....at least I hope not.

The door won't close because the enclosure is set too deep into the plaster, the circuit breakers aren't labeled and the connection at the goose-neck isn't Edison's handiwork. I will have to check the file on Wednesday when I go back to work.

What is somewhat discouraging is that any contractor could tell that the drop will be too close and yet let it get this far.

A copter is it.....I'm not allowed to spot anything unless I am standing on both feet. That's one reason I always go on the roof.....just kidding..I really try to not see too much.
