Occupancy classification for a meat processing and slaughterhouse

Simple question.

What would be the occupancy classification for a meat processing facility?

Does it fall under F-2/S-2?

Under S-2, they have "food products" under the listing. But they have "Food processing...." under F-1.

Like most meat processing facilities, they have coolers and freezer for meat, that is processed. One would think that this falls under "non-combustible materials that do not involved a significant fire hazard" per the notes under the F-2 requirements.

Thoughts?
