The outdoor Grandstands would be Assembly Occupancy but what about the other buildings beyond the grandstands that are used for Restrooms, Concessions and Ticket sales? Would you classify the other buildings as Group B (Concessions & Sales) and the restrooms as U? One restroom building has the Locker room attached to it so I would classify that building as Assembly A-3 (Locker room has 75 lockers and team dress out could have over 50-people).

Input anyone?

The concessions and sales might be better thought of it as an M, with the bathrooms being accessory uses if they qualify with the space limitations. Trying to wrap my mind around the A-3 for the locker room,, but don't have any other ideas where it could go. hmmmmmm, guess it would be best fit, eh?

So take it none of the other uses are attached to the grandstands??

If so then seems like they would have there own occupancy type

As for the bathrooms with the posting on another thread, yes "U"- urinal

"yes "U"- urinal "

man, that is bad, good thing for you we can let it slide as it's Friday.......

The responses are along the same thought I was thinking. Group B for Concessions & Tickets, U for the Restrooms and Assembly for the Locker rooms . Locker rooms are part of recreational use and they have over 50-people. The buildings are not under or attached to the grandstands. Thanks all.

Same theory but A-5 are really big in area so (Technically) they would be all less tha 10% and considered accessory and could be done under the main use.

Pulled the pin on that hand grenade so now I'm going to watch the Red sox loose to the Yankees if it ever stops raining ( I have a coffe bet at hthe office)
