Occupant load for tenant space

If a tenant space proposes a conference room calculated at 15-net, but that conference space has a direct access to the corridor and the interior of the tenant space, would you count those occupants in the total required for the design of the MOE from the tenant space? If I count them, it pushes the total OL of the space over 50, requiring outswing doors.

If only one means of egress is required from the conference room, I would most definitely use the exit access doorway to the corridor. If both exit access doorways are required (OL >49), I would put half through the tenant space door and half through the corridor door.

OL does not require two exits from the room, and those are my thoughts as well. Thanks!
