Honest mistake? Or does someone not want to put in sprinklers and voice evacuation fire alarm? (Required at 300 in CT)

Did "someone" catch it on plans review and ask the RDP

for a corrected Occ. Load?

It's that waiting area of 56 people, 16 percent of the total OL

More than many restaurant totals

I understand. In CA it's a no brainer, it will be sprinkled

Gross area over 5,000 sq ft
Upon closer inspection, it will be sprinklered.... (we have the 5000 Ftsq also)...which they have proposed....just not sure why they have 2 different occ loads within 3" on the plans....not time for review yet, messed up application and statement of special inspections, boss is sending it back....along with the $22K check...
