Kind of a late introduction. But, maybe, better than never.

Background:

Out of HS, worked for architects (who were also GCs) for several years, took exams, and became a registered architect in 2009.

Currently:

Shifting between contract work for A/E firm (pharmaceutical/solar/mining industries, registered plant work, DOD projects) and my own firm (commercial/residential/historic projects and general consultation).

Probably will be more of the 'mouth shut & eyes open' type. Still 'young & stupid', so to speak.

ALO, RA

Welcome Old Pueblo!

I'll fill you in on the "man with pencil who draws" pun.

Early on in this forum when someone typed "Architect" in their message, it would be converted to "man with pencil who draws" when posted. I'm sure if someone searched that phase, it would find lots of hits.

You weren't kidding about late introduction. You already have 45 posts on the board and your join date is before mine. I guess I didn't tell you anything you didn't know.
