anyone have any experience permitting one of these critters indoors. I am thinking type 1 hood but the manufacturer and the buyer think otherwise. Same old $hit different day i say!

i screwed up it should be commercial ! could a mod help me now? I read their pdf and other propaganda but it seems self serving and inspector deficient. it is cooking huge amounts of greasy meat indoors with the grease pouring out of this thing. what happens when the door is opened? greasy smoke and fumes, that's what. screams for a type 1 hood imho
 
Yea in away but have seen similar smokers that have same type of vent set up and have not had a problem yet
